The place rate on the contract is either 1,0 or 2,0. 1,0 means renting one place in the room and 2,0 means renting two places in the room.
Changing the place rate means:
- renting the twin room alone after the roommate leaves
- giving up renting the twin room alone and renting only one place
- In order to rent the twin room alone, additional deposit needs to be paid for the second place in the room.
- When giving up one place in the room, half of the deposit will be used to cover rent invoices.
NB! If the place rate changes in the middle of the month, then two rent invoices will be issued that month according to the place rate change.
