- For delayed payments, the student village has a right to ask 0,02% of the unpaid sum per day.
- You can see all your rent invoices in E-kyla system under the menu “Tenant invoices”.
- You can see the payment obligation of your invoices by clicking on the “Contracts” on the left side menu in E-kyla, then click on the agreement ID and in the “Open balance” line of the agreement you can see your current payment obligation.
- The Student Village has the right to cancel the residential agreement without following the terms of cancellation if the amount of the rent or other payments owed exceeds the amount of the rent or other payments payable for two months.
