Tartu student residences – keys and access cards are issued at/must be returned to the client service center at Raatuse 22 which is open 24/7.
If you lose your keys or access card, you can borrow a spare one from the reception at Raatuse 22. NB! Backup key/access card rental costs 3 EUR / per day.

Viljandi student residences – keys and access cards are issued by the hall manager during business days between 9.00-16.00.
If you have lost your access card call the info number 742 4400. The administrator can let you in from a distance. NB! Opening the door from a distance costs 3 EUR / per time.
If you have lost your key(s) call the info number 742 4400. The administrator will call the security company and they will issue backup keys but it’s a paid service. The backup key rental fee will be calculated until the key/access card is returned and the security company service fee will be added to that.
