Keys for the residence halls at Tartu are issued and returned at the reception desk of Raatuse 22 student residence, which is open 24/7.
If you have forgotten your keys somewhere, you can borrow a spare from the Raatuse 22 reception. NB! There is a fee for borrowing keys according to the current price list.
If the keys are lost, an application must be filled out at the Raatuse 22 reception, then new keys will be issued and, if necessary, door locks will be changed to prevent a security risk. Replacing keys is a paid service according to the current price list.
Viljandi
The keys and access cards for Viljandi student residences are issued Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00 and Fri 8:00–16:00 at Väike 6 student residence.
If you have forgotten your key somewhere and need a temporary spare key to access your room, call the Student Village information line at 742 4400. The administrator will call a security service to help you, who will issue you spare keys. The call is charged according to the current price list. The security company call fee is added to the key rental fee until the keys are returned.

The keys and access cards for Narva student residences are issued Mon–Thu 8:00–17:00 and Fri 8:00–16:00 at Kerese 14 student residence.
If you have forgotten your keys somewhere and need help getting into your room, call the Student Village information line at 742 4400. The administrator can open the doors remotely. Opening doors remotely is a paid service according to the current price list.
